In the modern world education and training are considered to be strategic matters of great importance, occupying outstanding positions in the areas of science, knowledge and human progress. Presently the quality of training and education and employing new methods towards their achievements are essential factors in rapid acquisition and effective transfer of technological know-how and experiences. At the same time human resources occupy an unquestionable position in the design, production and processing of operative systems and has become more prominent than ever before. The Education & Training Department of IGS, by offering educational courses and training programs of the highest standard, is making continuous effort to contribute its share and play an effective role in the industrial area by reducing the existing problems that face engineers, technicians and experts engaged in various projects and to suggest new and better solutions and strategies for attaining their objectives. The ultimate aim of this Department is to enhance the nation’s potentials and abilities in design, quality control, inspection and gaining knowledge of modern concepts in today’s industry and particularly in the areas of oil and gas, petrochemicals and marine engineering and technology.
At the end of these courses and programs IGS offers the successful participants appropriate certificates and in some cases, where necessary, IGS works in conjunction with international organizations to offer courses and in such cases the participants are given internationally recognized certificates.
